FAREVA purchased a Wyeth/Pfizer location and took over contract manufacturing of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals for Pfizer and they quickly looked to expand to meet the demand from other contract clients. With our past history of working at the facility, CRB as the construction manager, asked SW Funk Industrial to submit proposals for several packages. Those included the concrete, structural steel rehab, structural steel pipe bridge, pre-engineered metal building and architectural finishes. We were awarded all of these packages and completed them safely and timely.
